Karl Post brings many assets to TallGrass PR. His experience includes a distinguished background in international franchising, business consulting and corporate business development. He worked in a variety of roles that included responsibilities for strategic relationships and partnerships, worldwide marketing, financial consulting and contract negotiations.
Karl served as Vice President and officer of an international franchise printing organization operating three brands with over 900 locations in 23 countries. He was responsible for developing long-term strategic initiatives for the Franchisor and Franchise Networks. He evaluated customer/market requirements, competition and developing technologies and their impact on the industry.
Over the last five years, Karl worked for Eastman Kodak in Worldwide Marketing and Corporate Business Development roles. His marketing responsibilities included developing Kodak vision and strategic direction for the B2B and B2C portfolio of products and services and their impact on profitable revenue and earnings growth. Karl also supported a team that was responsible for researching and identifying strategic investment opportunities for the company.
Whether in business, the raising of his family or crossing the finish line in an Ironman Triathlon, Karl is focused, and determined to succeed.

Mark Hanes brings 15+ years of marketing and strategic media planning experience to the TallGrass team. He consistently excels at taking on considerable challenges placed in front of him, and not only exceeds expectations, but his insight often enables him to recognize and reveal additional, previously-unexpected benefits to his clients.
Most recently, Mr. Hanes specialized in developing successful Customer Relationship Management programs for Verizon Wireless, leveraging big data and analytics for customer analysis, segmentation and targeting, and ongoing performance measurement. Such programs, both reactive and proactive across digital and social channels, effectively identified and addressed all challenges associated with CRM, including competitive churn by high-risk customers, and upgrade potential of high-value customers, while delivering optimal retail and call center customer experiences.
Also with Verizon, Hanes was instrumental in the placement, launch and monetization of mobile advertising on the Verizon Wireless network. Concurrently, he was the cross-functional product lead of the team that launched home-screen mobile advertising and messaging applications. Initially considered a potential threat to customer experience and satisfaction by pushing messages to subscribers, these platforms not only generated significant advertising revenue for Verizon, but also resulted in considerable cost savings, as it educated customers on simple, self-serve methods to manage their own accounts without the assistance of Verizon call center reps. It was for this initiative that Mark was recognized and awarded the 2009 Mobile Excellence Award for Best Mobile Delivery Platform.
Prior to his tenure at Verizon, Hanes’ career focused on strategic media planning within the top advertising agencies in the world, including Ogilvy & Mather, Foote, Cone & Belding, and Grey Global Group. While with Grey Global’s Beyond Interactive, Mark was among the pioneers of integrated media planning between digital and traditional channels – having recognized and leveraged the internet as a viable and highly effective advertising channel. These challenging agency positions offered considerable exposure and experience spanning a myriad of categories, including Telecommunications, Technology, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, Transportation & Logistics, and Education.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Pennsylvania State University. Having recently moved to the west coast from New York City, in his off hours Mark can be found at the beach – likely biking…but only if he can’t find a good beach volleyball game first – doubles only…because well, it’s just more challenging that way!

Keira is a veteran of the Public Relations/Media Relations industry both in the Hispanic and general markets. For over a decade, she has worked to acquire media coverage and garner exposure for a number of clients in varied industries, among them: Bigote de Leche, the Hispanic version of the ‘got milk?’ campaign; UnitedHealthcare; Utilisima; and NatGeo Mundo — TV lifestyle networks launched in the U.S. in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Also included are Zubi Advertising, Colgate, Volkswagen, CDC, Adderall, vitamin water and the National Education Association, among others. Keira got her start in the media industry as an intern at CBS News Productions helping with the research for shows like Biography: This Week and 20th Century with Mike Wallace.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she has a BA and an MS in Communications from the College of New Rochelle.

Rebecca attended South Dakota State University where she graduated with a Bachelors’ Degree in English. She brings over 7 years of administrative experience to the team and is the go-to woman for all things TallGrass PR related. As an Executive Assistant, she provides administrative, sales & marketing support – all while single-handedly holding the office together. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her crazy, amazing kids, who don’t ever seem to slow down.
She and her husband recently started a repurposing business, essentially, doing just that – repurposing anything that catches their eyes! This includes old windows, scrap wood, glass, tools, machinery parts – really nothing is off limits! Rebecca always has her eyes to the sky – as she’s an avid weather watcher. In her next life, she plans on being a storm chaser. But until then, she’s always willing to provide a weather update.
